We Are One stores church information in separate tenant records and limits private directory access to approved members of that church.

Information we handle

Churches may store member contact details, directory preferences, attendance totals, worship plans, uploaded resources, and delivery history. Profile photos remain private while awaiting church review.

Attendance photos

Auditorium photos used for assisted counting are processed for an anonymous estimate and are not stored. The feature does not identify faces or create facial templates.

Communication choices

Email opt-outs and text-message consent are honored per member. Replying STOP to an enabled text number suppresses future texts.

Contact

Privacy requests should be sent to the church that manages the member record. Platform questions can be directed to the We Are One operator.
